Dr. HÉCTOR OLTRA GARCÍA. Composer, Conductor & Musical Researcher. Born in Alboraya (Valencia, Spain).

Beginnings at the Societat Musical d'Alboraya (Valencia).
• Doctor PhD in Music with "Cum Laude" mention and proposal for Extraordinary Doctorate Award - Universitat Politècnica de València (UPV). Doctoral Thesis on the Valencian composer Ramón Ramos Villanueva (1954-2012).
• Master's Degree in Contemporary Music - Universitat Politècnica de València (UPV).
• High Degree in Music in the specialty of Orchestra Conducting - Superior Conservatory of Music of Valencia (CSMV), Professor D. Manuel Galduf.
• High Degree in Music in the specialty of Composition - Superior Conservatory of Music of Valencia (CSMV), Professor D. Ramón Ramos Villanueva.
